I am trying to lose fat, I would love to get down to 15%. I was always ripped and lean, however I stopped smoking 5 years ago and the weight slowly crept up. Since stopping smoking I have been on a roller coaster with my weight. I will get real lean by lots of cardio and very low fat/low calorie diet. However, once I eat a little more liberally I put the weight back on.
