Ok, first 2 workouts are now under my belt, everything felt fairly easy and am looking forward to the weight going up quite rapidly. I've recently had a back injury, which is pretty much healed but when I tried to do reverse crunches, f*** me it hurt, so gonna replace that exercise with stretch pose, which I learned from kundalini yoga. Also don't have the equiptment to do inverted rows and my back can't handle bent over rows so having to settle for one arm dumbell rows.
Stats so far
Squat - 25kg
Deadlift - 22.5kg
Bench Press - 20kg (using dumbells)
Overhead Press - 22.5kg
One arm row - 10kg
Press ups - 18, 12, 7
Chin Ups - 11, 7, 5
