    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hello! My name is Johan and I'm from Sweden. I've just started my 4th week of stronglifts 5x5 beginner program (+1 week working technique). I train BJJ and MMA too, though I won't talk about it here :)

Age:18
Weight: around 70 kg.
Height: 174 cm.

Current numbers:
ATG Squat 5x5 72,5 kg
Deadlift 5x82,5 kg
Bench press 5x5 57,5 kg
Barbell row 5x5 50 kg
Dips 2x8, 1x5
Chins 3x4

I can't do overhead presses with my palms facing away from my face because my left elbow hurts when I'm doing that. Instead I do shoulder presses with dumbells with my palms facing my head.

Won't update this log until sunday because the gym will be closed during easter.
