Made it over 100 kgs for my deadlift and am now starting to realize why there's only one set for them in this program. This exercise just sucks the juice right out of you!
So far my mindset when training has been like; "Come on, only 1 more set of squats and then those damn torturous OHP's and then you're done". Leaving no worry for the 1 set of DL's which normally go without a problem. Funny you should mention this now, because yesterday was the first time where i had to think "okay, this is actually getting quite hard, i wonder how it will be with a few more kg's on"... Guess i have my answer now.
