I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

If one does GOMAD without the strenght training, hw will oudoubtedly get fatter and take more weight. But where would that fat go?
i mean where would it show on your body? i guess the belly ( definitely not the arms lol). wat u guys think/know?

Expect the majority to be around the belly - that's where fat usually goes for men. Some fat will find it's way elsewhere. I found it filled out my face. Previously you could easily see my cheekbones. I looked jaunt, anorexic.

Depends completely on genetics, but Bluestreak is correct, it mainly goes to the belly/face in men. Woman it goes to hips/thighs.
Male 25 5'7" 175lbs.

Is it ok to GOMAD on days that you dont train?
Stats:
Bench: 97kg
Squat: 112kg
Deadlift: 117kg
OHP: 55kg
Dips: 40kg
Pull-ups: 22kg

The deadlift is not dead; size is dead without it.

Absolutely! Your body is recovering on your off days and it needs all the energy it can get.
