How's are those pulls and chins coming with the resistance bands? I love usuing them...but, i've been a slacker this past week. The girls have a day off today, so there's no excuse to not grease-the-groove!

Scary to hear about 3rd grade homework!! My son is having a hard enough time w/his small amount of 1st grade homework.Does your school start giving letter grades on report cards in 3rd grade? I think ours waits until 4th grade.
I have been a slacker on the pulls/chins and strength training in general this week. Will get back to it this week!
