You should have told him about the heels to curl his toes up. Otherwise we get another kid injurying himself & giving squat bad reputation because of his bad technique.

I saw him today and he was doing the same thing so I said hello and talked about it with him. He was pretty cool about it, which was nice. I told him about Stronglifts, of course.
Tried the staggered feet position and that helped. Very, very tough. Not sure what I should do next time. Increase to 45kg or stay on 42.5kg for a while?
