okay finally back on it!

training sesh:

squat - 35kg 5x5
i had no bench so i did curls! - 30kg 5x5
INv R - 4,4,4
push-up - 5x3 + 5kg
Rev.Crun - 12 x 3 ( 15kg )

deadlift: 55kg 1x5
hands out pull ups: 3,0,3
prone: 3 x 30

train from yesterday was actulay on monday and this was actually yerterday.

squat - 37.5kg 5x5
i had no bench so i did curls! - 32.5kg 5x5
INv R - either my form was wrong or my arms were dead from curls, i did a bunch but not one correctly... 0,0,0
push-up - 5x3 + 7.5kg
Rev.Crun - 12 x 3 ( 15kg )

need to take more time to check out inverted reps ...
