    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hi, I have followed Stronglifts 5x5 for 5 weeks now, when i started the first week i heard my knees click when I Squated it didn't hurt huch. Later now when i take about 60kg squat my knees hurt a lot more, since im only 17 years old, I didn't think this would be a problem. I've also heard my knee click im going down from a mountain or something like that.
17 year old Male
Height : 177
Weight : 65 kilos / 143lbs
(5x5 reps)
Squat= 60 kilos/132lbs Bench=40kilos/88lbs
Overhead Press 15 kilos/33lbs

Post a video and ask for a form check on the weight lifting forum, you might be doing it wrong somehow.
40 yr old male, 6' 172lbs (starting) 175lbs (current).
Goals for June 2010: Squat 200lbs, Bench 150lbs, Press 100lbs.
I don't feel like updating lifts here all the time, so see log below if you care...
