Knee pain

Hi,

I'm in 5x5 fro almost two months. In this time I got lower back when done front squat. I learnt a lot from Mehdi about front squat techniques and now I'm feeling better and I don't have lower back pain, so I think that I do front squat much better.
But since last week my left knee began to hurts when I bend it or worst when I do front squat.
The pain is located in top of  patella and my knee became a little hump.
I got some ketoprofenum pills and also some antiinflamatory ointments.
What can I do? Rest my legs for a few weeks?
Is anybody here who had that problem?

Thank you,
Liviu
