Thanks, and yeah 329 lbs is odd, but i have a mixture of plates. Some are metric, some are standard. I often increase weight in increments of 11 lbs, also my big plates aren't 45 lbs they're 44, and my bar weighs 40 lbs instead of 45 (i have no idea why). I'm actually surprised that you're the first person to notice.

Yeah i do have a chest injury, it prevents me from bench pressing heavy but i'm working on rehabbing it at the moment. No, i've never trained with ATT, but i've been training with Gracie Tampa MMA for a couple of years now.
