    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Box Squat 175 lbs 5/5/5 (new PR)
Press 130 lbs 5/4/2
Deadlift 285 lbs 1x5
Pull-Ups 17.5 lbs 5/5/4 (was close but could get my chin over the bar :( That last 6" is the hardest

-Since I'm de-loading my press anyways, I figured I would try to throw in some extra assistance work to try and break this plateau. I did a couple sets of 5 of push presses with 135 and lowered the weight very slowly. Hopefully plates won't be a problem when I try them again in two weeks.

Haha maybe=) I've been eating all along man, been seeing great results by eating around maintnance calories. Who says a body recomp isn't effective?
