Haha, yeah heavy drinking and weight training don't mix well. But I took it easy last night, and I think the extra calories from the beer has actually been helping me out, had a great workout

Bench 200 lbs 5/5/5
Hang Clean 185 lbs 3/3/3/3/3 (felt really easy to start, really hard by the last set)
Dips 65 lbs 5/3/3 (seems to be stuck but I'm not upset, did them right after my bench set and my bench has gone up)
