    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I've hit a few stalls and battling tendinitis so I'm thinking of slowing down all around and going for a cut cycle as well. You just eating maintainance cals?

- Added 50 bodyweight pull-ups to try to break a record next time
- Felt very tired today, moved back into college and drank myself silly last night

Haha, yeah heavy drinking and weight training don't mix well. But I took it easy last night, and I think the extra calories from the beer has actually been helping me out, had a great workout :D

Box Squat 200 lbs 5/5/5 (NEW PR, the BIG 200!! Plates are in sight)
Bench 200 lbs 5/5/5
Hang Clean 185 lbs 3/3/3/3/3 (felt really easy to start, really hard by the last set)
Dips 65 lbs 5/3/3 (seems to be stuck but I'm not upset, did them right after my bench set and my bench has gone up)
