Box squat 225 lbs 5/5/5
- Kept the weight to check my form, as my lower back has been hurting lately. I figured out that I wasn't arching my back properly and I was flaring my elbows back behind me, which was causing me to cave over. At least it isn't a flexibility problem, I just checked this morning and I could do full squats with my toes touching a wall, which I could never do before

Press 130 lbs 5/5/5
- Couldn't move 135 at all, but I got 130 lbs with ease. I can see why people microload the OHP. I don't yet have the balls to come to the gym with 1.25 lbs plates though. Maybe someday I will be that hardcore

Deadlift 305 lbs 1x3
- I'm starting to wonder if I should continue to do sets of 5 for all my warm up sets, or drop the reps down to save more energy for the last set.
Pull-Ups 22.5 lbs 5/3/2
- Damn, less than last time. I have a sticking point when the bar reaches the top of my head, and it is so annoying

- Gaining weight is hard these days, I didn't do my usual cardio this weekend. On top of that, I ate 3000+ kcals every day, and drank a fair amount of beer on top of that. O well, no excuses, I can always eat more
