I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Thanks man. I've been kind of lazy with my diet recently (especially with drinking) so I definably put on a little puppy fat, but I'm not concerned because I'm still getting some tail from the bars 8)

- Box Squat form is improving immensely
- A good workout, except for the fact that someone stole my hoodie from my locker. It's pretty unique too, I'm going to beat the crap out of the first guy I see wearing it

-Weight: 179.4 lbs, 31" waistline. Not as cut as before, but its bearable as long as my numbers keep going up :D

Deadlift 300 lbs 1x5
Pull-Ups 22.5 lbs 4/2/2
- Might start alternating pull-ups with chin ups to give my back a new stimulus (and maybe some extra bicep development :) ). Need to do something about it, can't keep stalling
- 5 lb jumps in the squat from here on out. I am hoping that old problem of falling forward when the weight gets heavy doesn't come back.

Haha, I hope it does. Especially for me, cause when I get tanked and bring someone home I have a ton of trouble getting the train to leave the station. Almost feel bad for the girls, because they're always exhausted and then they think it had something to do with them lol.

3 mile jog outside
- This is the last time I'm gonna post my cardio on the training log. I really don't care too much about my cardiovascular fitness right now, its only to let me get away with eating more food/drinking more while bulking and not getting pudgy :) Plus I am sick of scrolling through pages and pages just to find my last two real workouts :)
- Pushing my workout until tomorrow, went all the way to the gym without my student ID and the girl wouldn't let me in :( She was so fine though, and me being the gym rat that I am, I have a thing for girls that work there. Next time I might ask her for her number (in case I loose my ID again? Kinda lame pickup line but lets see how it plays out :mrgreen: )

Squat 225 lbs 4/5/5 (let my form get sloppy on the first set, but still, feels good to have the plates back on)
Press 140 lbs 5/5/5 (NEW PR, GET SOME)
Deadlift 305 lbs 1x5 (NEW PR, chasing down the 3 BIG PLATES)
Pull-Ups 22.5 lbs 5/4/3

-Deadlifted in my socks instead of my shoes with the raised heal, felt much easier. I feel like that alone will end up adding 20 lbs to my max.

Bench 225 lbs 4/3/2 (big plates)
Hang Clean 195 lbs 3/3/2/3/2 (form was off on a couple sets, but I should be able to get it next time)
Dips 70 lbs 3/3/2 (think this is starting in interfere with my bench progress, tons of volume. Not sure what to do though, because I still want to hit my +90 lbs dip goal. Hanging two plates between your legs and dipping your head to your hands is just bad ass :) )

Press 145 lbs 4/3/0 (damn damn damn)
Deadlift 310 lbs 1x4 (grip is failing, rest of my body felt fine.....need more grip training)
Chin-Ups 20 lbs 5/5/4 (going to start rotating these with pull-ups)

- Think I have uneven strength in my shoulders, one side comes up much faster than the other.....going to swap in dumbells next time)
