-After doing mobility drills every day, I am hoping my back will be tip top for monday. My gym recently got a squat box that I tried out today. SItting on the box, my legs are just an inch or two below parellel, which is perfect. Rather than sit down on the box, I am going to use the box as a depth marker, and squat just short of it.
