I have been getting pain in what seems like my IT band (right hip) when I run past a certain speed. We are thinking it could potentially be an lld caused by my scoliosis (or the other way around, who knows). I would like to know: If my legs are the same length but the difference comes from a hip bone bringing the leg in (acquired lld), is there some kind of exercises I can do to make sure the bone stops bringing my leg in? We've taken x-rays but won't get results until next week so I figured I'd ask here in the meantime.
