I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Today felt a lot better than Monday. Maybe it had to do with all the food I ate last night - gave me lots of energy! :) We were out for dinner last night and while I didn't totally blow it, I certainly ate more than I normally do.
Squats felt better today.
Today's stats:
Squat
110lbs 5 x 5 - I felt pretty strong with these today.
Incline Bench Press
70 5 x 5 - I did 70lbs last time, but when I gave 75lbs a try, it was TOO hard. So I'll stick with 70 for a bit.
Inverted Rows
3x7,6,5
Push ups
3x 10,8,5
Reverse Crunches
3x12 - no counter weight

That is an impressive number for incline bench press. They are so much harder than the regular bench.

Question: does it not bother you at all to be declined? I have never done them, but it looks, I don't know, scary to be in a position with your head lower than your feet holding a 70 pound bar, while blood is rushing to your head.

As my wife already posted, good numbers on IR and push ups, congrats! :D Body weight exercises are tough...it reminds us how much we weigh  and how much easier it would be if we only weighed, say, 40 pounds...
