Just returned from a week break after completing my first 12 weeks on SL5x5. I've had to reduce to 3x5 due to time constraints. I'm currently 289lbs at 22.5% bodyfat. I'm now going to focus on eating better and cutting down the bodyfat percentage. Todays session went as follows.
Squats:
60kg 1x10
100kg 1x5
147.5kg 3x5
Bench Press
60kg 1x10
80kg 1x5
107.5 3x5
Barbell Row
Bar 1x20
40kg 1x10
77.5 3x5
Felt good today after the break. The squats are really beginning to make me grunt to get out of the hole! My next goal is to hit 185kg for the squat.
