    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hi All

My name is Rebecca.

I am from Auckland NZ but now I spend my day's traipsing around after my husband between Auckland, The Mount and The gold Coast (The Rotation is 9 days, 4 days and 7 days) so training becomes quite difficult especially now that we have our first little baby boy.

Over the last few years we have had to juggle the travel with trying to keep fit and meet all our work deadlines which has caused us to come up with some interesting strategies.

Terry still loves weight training but his sessions have been rather infrequent of late.
My preference is for Step at Les Mills but Terry has been getting me to broaden my training spectrum.

Over the last little while I have been writing (I was a writer before having our first born) down my thoughts, observations and ideas about training, weight loss etc and Terry encouraged me to start a couple of websites which I have done with his help. (3 actually but one is about babies so I haven't mentioned that here).

So hello to all and I look forward to learning as much as I can from everyone.
