I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I was surfing on the web and find a diet that appears to be the same that the Anabolic Diet. It's named MANS (Musclehack Anabolic Nutrition Strategy), it claims to be the best bodybuilding diet ever! but like i said, for me, its the anabolic diet with a diferent name. It's a CKD, you have 5.5 low carb days and 36 hours of carb up. But i think that the author of that diet (Mark Mcmanus) modified the amount of fats or something else, so i dont know about the macros. Anyone knows?

Heres is the page:

It is most certainly the AD with a different name, as his first credit goes to Di Pasquale for inspiration (which is usually code for "the whole idea minus the name").

If you are interested in it, why not just do the AD instead? There are plenty of articles in the Archives to get you started, and you can buy the book on Di Pasquale's site.

Thanks for answer lovestolift!...yes, ive done the anabolic diet for months or almost a year, i love that lifestyle, never bloated, nice weekends..delicious food! damn i wanna eat right now haha..my doubt just was to know the difference of macros between the AD and MANS..because i think MANS advocate a larger amount of fat..and of course, its supposed to advocate more fat to cause a better "bulk"
cheers
