So here we have the numbers for today's workout. Not bad, I did not add weight due to the shoulder thing. Sqauts felt really good, faster and better control. Dips lowered, I asume it had to do with the shoulder.
Squat: 5/5/5/5/5 with 68kg
Bench press: 5/5/5/5/4 with 56.8kg
Barbell row: 5/5/5/5/5 with 65.8kg
Dips: 13,7,7
I gave a trainer at the gym the web site last wednesday and today we chatted about it. He told he liked because of the info but also the "atmosphere". I agree, the site gives some zen-like feeling. Weird to explain.
