I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Several months ago I heard Geocities would disappear. It did.

I took the liberty of mirroring madcows 5x5 site before it went down:

enjoy :)

Well done.
The bands won’t make you squat big; check between your legs before you change anything. It takes more than a band to make you squat. -Chuck Vogelpohl

Thanks for the mirror Mutt.

It's really unfortunate that another site went down and all this info almost got lost. This happened with Pendlay's stuff too. It's also a shame the info doesn't get update.

Sent you an email about this Mutt, please check it.

Found another mirror of Madcow. Most recently archived on 4/23/09-4/24/09 according to the host. I'm continuously fascinated at how many computer geeks end up interested in strength training.
