I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Madcow 5x5 Mirror

Postby mutt on Tue Oct 27, 2009 8:56 pm

Several months ago I heard Geocities would disappear. It did.

I took the liberty of mirroring madcows 5x5 site before it went down:

enjoy :)

Well done.

Thanks for the mirror Mutt.

It's really unfortunate that another site went down and all this info almost got lost. This happened with Pendlay's stuff too. It's also a shame the info doesn't get update.

Sent you an email about this Mutt, please check it.

i printed most of this out for casual reading and when i found geocities went down, i thought i mightve needed to type or scan it all to put it back up, its great info that cant be lost and you have prevented that loss!
seriously, thank you! there were some other articles in there that i didnt get a chance to print :)

Found another mirror of Madcow. Most recently archived on 4/23/09-4/24/09 according to the host. I'm continuously fascinated at how many computer geeks end up interested in strength training.
