I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hi everyone,

Has anyone gotten the Magnificent Mobility and/or Inside-Out DVDs advertised on Strong Lifts?

If so, would anyone like to suggest a cheaper alternative? I don't want to draw purchases from them, but it seems like Mehdi has already posted a couple of things at least about hip mobility (Lordosis exercises & the hip mobility exercise article).

Thanks!

I found them great. It got rid of a few niggling issues, slightly sore joints and muscles and such.

Theoretically you could find all the exercises elsewhere, but good luck. I consider them good value, plus Mehdi gets a cut, so that's fine with me.

Keep in mind they have a new DVD coming out very soon, "Assess and Correct", which will effectively be Magnificent Mobility Part 2. A complaint of Magnificent Mobility is that they just showed you exercises without really telling you how to put them together. Assess and Correct will address this and sounds like a great product.

I just saw an article that gave some examples of the exercises in M^2. It looks like the exact same stuff Mehdi already posted for Lordosis and Hip Mobility.
