Man Boobs.

Postby sailo888 on Mon Nov 10, 2008 1:45 am

I was quite fat but now I am quite normal, however, my chest is unlike my stomach. My stomach went from being HUGE belly into flat (almost flat). On the other hand, my chest didn't seem to change that much. I mean I can flex my chest now something I can never done before but yet it still look like man boobs according to me. Or it just take more time or....?

Based on where you started, it may just take some more time. But your pecs will have grown considerably which may be adding to the visual effect. But if the gut is gone, the rest will follow. Just keep doing what you're doing, man.

the lower your body fat goes the less chest fat you will have. not necessarily man boobs cause that is something completely different than just fat in the chest area.

Real man boobs are a medical issue. However, some men that over emphasize chest development end up with man boob looking things. Back development tends to counter this more than lower body development. I'm speaking from experience with someone else.

If you've lost a lot of fat, it's unusual that it would remain on your chest only.

Does gut mean the stomach? Sorry my english is liminted. If it does mean the stomach..

Just fooliwng Medhi's guildlines on food and concept. However, I am probably the only one on this forum thats pretty active and not doing the SL 5x5 program. I DO squat tho.

My routine consists of mostly cardio. And excluding that i jump my ropes everyday for 10-15 mins before i eat my breakfast and 20 mins before i shower everynight. I believe that helps. Also this little habit i do after i eat, i don't know if it helps exactly but i do a little walk after every meal for 15-45 minutes (so i just don't sit right after i eat). After a few months, my stomach is now flat but still have fat left tho.

And to the previous replyers, i wil just keep what i have beeen doing and see how it goes. Afterall, i shouldn't be looking at the mirror everyday and judging myself. Just that my monthly pictures are not very appearing. :( Thanks tho guys!
