Hello, i am a spanish teenager and i think that to have a training log will help me, also i will improve my english.

Weight: about 100 kg
Time that i have been training: 1 year more or less.
I`m doing a 5x5 (madcow version) for intermediates.
Last workout:
Second week, third day:
Squat:
4x(1x5) finish with 140 kg
1x3 160 kilos
1x8 125 kilos
Bench press:
4x(1x5) finish with 71
1x3 with 91
1x8 with 70
Pendlay row:
4x(1x5) finish with 71
1x3 with 87
1x8 with 68
Barbell curl:
40 kilos-8,6,6
Dips:
3x6
4x(1x5) means 5 sets juping weight.
Maybe i will do some famer`s walks tomorrow.
