I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

:-) With easy I mean, there was more in it, not against my max. It was still hard, but I'll probably get 3x3 117,5kg next time. That's what I mean with easy ;)

Back lifting today after a few days off - Feel Like Shit though   But this is what I put up on my squat.
Empty Bar - 1x5
135 - 10x1
225 - 5x1
315 - 5x1
405 - 5x1
455 - 5x1
475 - 3x1
So f'ng close to getting the 4th rep on the 475 - I will get 495 for 5 on Friday...... maybe just a little less on the warmup sets.

Its much better now -been going for therapy every Monday and Friday. I benched today too It is definetly improving, just having a very difficult time finding out what is causing it. For a while I thought it may have been my hand to wrist position on the squat, had my trainer check for me today - he was amazed how straight they were so its not that. Shoulders are very flexible - It may actually end up to be related to how I sleep, working on a way to deal with that.
