I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I read mehdis breakfast reciepes #1-4 and also the one with 7 breakfast reciepes in one article.

I am wondering if these reciepes can also be used for dinner, evening snack and so on? or are they just meant for breakfast....I noticed they contain "less than 10 grams carbs" and I'm trying to gain weight...but it contains much fats and proteins...

So what do you think?

Yea, but I'm just thinking since they contain so little carbs they might not be optimal for a weight gain diet, but I am not sure.

They do however contain very much protein and fats. And I'm thinking that as long as I have a calorie surpluss, I will gain weight anyway. It doesn't matter if the kcals come from proteins, fats or carbohydrates when you try to gain weight, as long as there is enough kcals to go around...At least that's my understanding of things.

It could be a 100% protein diet with total 5600 kcals and you would still gain weight...
