Well, after being told about this site by a friend, I'm going to start today. A little background info about myself...I was in pretty decent shape a couple of months ago, but then became ill and haven't been able to workout for a good 2 months while I recovered. Now that I'm feeling better, I'm ready to get back in shape. I'd like to bulk up mainly, but I wouldn't mind losing a bit of my body fat either

I also plan to incorporate riding my bike into the routine, perhaps on off days, as my cardio. I'm not a fan of running, and the pool here isn't big enough to swim laps. I'm going to be starting with the basic workout, 3-4 times per week.

My starting stats, are as follows: 22 years old, 6ft, 177 pounds, approx. 15% bodyfat, according to some bodyfat calipers I have. I'm about to do workout A for the first time, and will post how it goes. Feel free to provide any tips/suggestions.
