My main goal is to move all of my major lifts into the intermediate category (http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifti ... dards.html) for my weight class. I also want to gain ~10 lbs. of quality weight and be able to compete at a higher level in sports. I was an athlete as a kid, and more recently competed in BJJ and submission wrestling tournaments. After I started university, I slacked, didn't work out for a year and got weak. I went to a jiu jitsu class recently and got beat up pretty bad. I'm starting with the 5x5 Beginner Strength workout, and hopefully I'll see the gains everyone else has
