I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Great vid :D And can I just say you guys are good at OHP! An exercise that I can honestly say I detest :x (I don't think I said that before  )

Excellent vid guys!! Makes me wish I had training partner.

Thanks for explaining the Black Betty game, mjh. Reminds of a holiday drinking game we used to play to "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". Everytime the narrator says "Grinch" you have to drink a shot. They say "Grinch" A LOT during that show  Brought back a lot of hilarious memories. I'd probably just get through the first 5 minutes right now. Have not been training my drinking arm at all!

Are you guys properly locking out your arms at the top of your OHP reps? :P

I thought that too... but they looked like they were having so much fun that I didn't want to rain on their parade. But since you mentioned it, I would like to see more shrug at the top at well.

Well anything looks more fun when you put a soundtrack behind it. I'm sure they both had a terrible time making this video :D

Fun video :) Thanks for posting! The OHP looked very good, I'll take pointers from that.
