That's kinda a cop out. What he had that most people don't have is a dedication to getting that physique. It doesn't take an army of personal trainers or nutritionists to help you out because most of us know what we really need to do but we don't have the will power to do it.

Let's just put it this way: If I was offered millions to be in shape, given as many free resources as I needed, and had pretty much all day, every day to work on it, I'd probably be in better shape.

Just saw him on Jimmy Kimmell the other night and he said it took about a year to get that way. He said he did a lot of pullups (kind of sounded a lot like the 300 workout) and ate a lot. I think he said he ate a chicken every day.
