Don't forget to clarify that you wish you were born there AND a weightlifter, otherwise it probably wouldn't be nearly as interesting an experience.

Just saw him on Jimmy Kimmell the other night and he said it took about a year to get that way. He said he did a lot of pullups (kind of sounded a lot like the 300 workout) and ate a lot. I think he said he ate a chicken every day.
