I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

My name is Nick and I am 15 years old. I followed stronglifts for a short time a while back but as I started incorrectly I have decided to start again.
Goals
I want to gain some muscle and loose some fat. Seeing as it is winter, I might up my calorie intake as I wont have to have my top off as much so that way I can bulk up. I will try to eat clean though.
I weight 75 kilos, want to get my weight up to 80 while staying lean.
I want to be able to have:

1.5xBW Squat
100kg Bench Press
80kg Press
2xBW Deadlift
Pull ups+20kg
Dips+20kg

I would like to achieve the Press goal first but that probably wont happen.:)
Weightlifting is a steady process so I shall not rush this.
Current stats

Those stats are pretty messed up which is why I decided to start again so I can work on my technique and increase the weight systematically.
