I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Hello, this is my first time here. I basically started the program a few weeks ago, but I am officialy logging it down as of last night. My goals are to get to that 1.5 BW squat, get to aroud 10% fat, and max out my pushup and pull up tests for the military. I will be doing my strength workouts when I get home from work, early evenings usually. I will be doing 30 minutes+ of the elliptical trainer during my lunch break several times a week.

I'd also like to say I appreciate the website and the EBook, it is all great information.

Thanks!
