Been lifting for almost a year, somewhat irregularly. Started with dumbbells and a bench, moved on to barbells last September (got a bench w/press & squat rack, olympic bar, and plates at a yard sale for $100!). Just discovered StrongLifts and thought I'd give it a try. First session tonight!
