I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Due to the fact that I can barely do any inverted rows and my gym doesn't barbell.
Yes I will be switching soon , but not yet.

I plan to switch Inverted Row to Dumbbell Power Clean, how much weight should I start off with?

Man, stick to the program. Seriously. I was like you once, but I've since learnt. Don't mess up the program, stick with it.

From what I comprehend of your post, you can do inverted rows in your gym, but you're not doing because you can't do any. No barbell thus no barbell rows.

Well, if you can't do inverted rows, all the more you should do it. The only way to get better at something is to do it. Strive on, don't be worried if you can't do them at first!

Someone has really learned a lesson ;)

x1337xNoobx:
What are your stats ?
BW, height, squat, bench, ohp, deadlift, ... ?
Why can't you do inverted rows ? Lack of strength ? Lack of equipment ?

BTW 22Alpha is correct.
If you can not do inverted rows due to lack of strength, focus more on them.
Do them with your feet on the floor, knees bend at 90 degrees.
Do SLOOOOOW negatives only for some sessions if needed.

Since your gym does not have a barbell, how are you doing the program then ? Only using dumbbells ? Not ideal so yes, change ASAP if possible.
But this means you can do dumbbell rows, right ?

As a side note:
power clean works mostly in the vertical plane. IR/BBRow work in the horizontal plane. So you would be making a wrong change.
I am not saying further down the line you can not do powercleans but not now. Certainly not if you can not do IRs yet.
Barbell/Dumbbell rows are the only allowed substitution for now.

EDIT:
looks like this thread is more or less in sync with another thread started by x1337xNoobx (and it is indicated there IRs are not possible due to strength reasons)
Therefor I close this one, discussion can continue in the other thread:
