I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Wow, I've been on Stronglifts for a couple months now and GOMAD since the beginning of the year and I've put on about 10kg and I'm noticing that my thighs now chafe as I walk. Sometimes when I'm walking down the street I honestly have reach down and grab my sack to pull it forward and out of the way. Looks a little weird. I'm wondering if switching from boxers to briefs will help. Maybe it's time to revisit the tighty-whitey's of my pre-pubescent years?

I can see by your avatar that you are experiencing some discomfort now. Try boxer-briefs. Been on them (or I should say IN THEM) for years now. The boys get all the freedom they need, and I get the support I want (that sounded a bit like a Hanes commercial, didn't it? Everything but the phrase 'the boys'.). They also tend to stay around the thighs and cut down on chaffing better than boxers. Good luck with your..........problem.

Man I get that all the time!

Means I have to wear super tight undergarments whenever doing sport, often cycle shorts/leggings (I do cycle a lot too)

BodyGlide. Buy it. It'll be your new best friend. I use it daily. Also, boxer-briefs are where it's at.

I'll add another testimony to the switch to briefs being successful.

I second the comments about boxer-briefs. Now if they only could make me a pair in silk...

No way, I hate tight clothing. During the summer months, I don't even wear anything under my pants, which are always loose fit. When I do where undies, they are silk boxers.
