I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

BTW, nice setup, Robert! Which squat stand is that? Like it?

Thank you! If you are referring to the white stand, I built that one. I found some pics online that I liked and built it based off of a couple different pictures. I wanted something that I could walk up to and do O/H presses. That, and if my wife and I are working out together, we don't have to fight for a bar and a place to squat/press/bench.

If it is the cage, I can't remember the brand name, but it is one Dick's Sporting Goods use to sell. It is a Smith, but we don't use the Smith bar except for inverted rows. Oh, and my kids use it to do pull-ups!

Yep, the white stand. I've spent way too much time researching gear while building out our garage gym, and I didn't recognize those. That explains it! I'm looking around for a stand to go with our cage for exactly the same reasons.

$38 is not bad at all, I will have to look into those.

It is a harder movement. Seems to work abs well this way too. Not to mention save some cash for another equipment purchase.
