I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

still working out, switched gyms for the month while my primary one is down for repairs. this one is trash, poor equipment, overcrowded, poor circulation, poor staff...

my spreadsheet is full and im too lazy to add new parts to it..

squats still at 185, benchpress at 100lbs, deadlift at 165, overhead press at 70, row at 105lbs, chinup and dip at 12lbs, pullup at 5lbs

diet is pretty much out the door but not entirely bad

i am still seeing some progress from stronglifts despite being my 3months

except for an unexpected gym staff telling me my kneeds were passing my toes

Whoever tells you that the knees going past the toes is bad for you is ignorant, and should not be listened to.

Follow the program (eat a lot of good food, increase weight by 5lbs EVERY WORKOUT unless you don't complete 5x5, in which case you retry up to 3 times) and you'll continue to see improvement.
"If you want to look like some Abercrombie model, then find another program and enjoy your nice, easy training style. If you are serious about adding muscle to your frame, then get under the damn bar and make it happen."
