I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

nike tennis court (old model). I like shoes with sort of a flat sole. (I wear adidas all stars in other vids)
The nike's are not that great for working out. Adidas all stars are better (you'll find power lifters use them on squats here & there). But I prefer my converse, the sole bents more easily than on all stars (it's a very hard sole).

Viper, I've been looking for a shoe that might be good for crossfit trainging. The nike free seem to be great but some people complain that they are too soft for lifting. Can you say more about this. How do they compare to adidas for lifting?

I generallt lift in my Puma flats...there is no paadding at all and are alao good for my pose running...I also have converse but I feel a bit odd in running in them..
Addidas all star seems to have quite a thick sole..compared to converse I guess..

I like the converse running isn't bad in them they are more comfortable then the sambas I used to have. Although I do look strang because of how skinny and short I am to have size 11's on because they look like clown shoes.

Just got a great image in my mind of YA wearing those - they'd go with white briefs a treat !!
