Recently my brother bought avocados for REAL cheap. we have at least 80 and yes thats quite alot. I dont plan to eat all of it but I do plan to eat alot of it.
I wanted to change my diet around a bit. Try to eat 1-2 avocados daily. So each meal will be a protein (meat/whey) with 1/2 avocado and a fruit/vege.
Would you say this is ok? I just hope im not gettin too much of somethin that could make it bad. I heard too much vitamin A for example, is really bad for you. I also have HEAPS of strawberries lol again thanks to my brother and his cheap findings so I will eat 4-5 small packs of that a day. so one small poack per meal.
