I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

Im finding the greater majority of my food eaten is during the last half of the day leaving my stomach more full overnight and upon waking. Recently Ive been eating 1.5 - 2 hrs after waking, just didnt want to before. Now from one persepctive ive got my stomach full while sleeping so i know im repairing and rebuilding, but am concerned im adding too much fat. Unless im working out and eating right i get love handles and a gut.
He's going to get better results than you. Why? Because you go through the motions of training with all the intensity of a fat guy channell surfing, and He leaves blood on the barbell.

The more you have in your stomach while sleeping will be transferred to fat.
At least that's how I understood it ...
