I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

This is true - the lighter you are, the easier it is to have a lofty power to weight ratio. Saying that, there are plenty of heavy people who can one arm chin. I'm just not currently one of them : (

I doubt that many people on the GOBAD diet (Gallon Of Beer A Day) would find one arm chins all that easy : )

i can do about 2 one armed chin ups each and i did a pull up once with one arm, its not often i try one armed pull ups but i tried just now at my home bar but the bars is a thick so i can't fully grab it like i do at the gym. i never knew i could do one until kids were showing off at my high school's weight room doing pull ups, so i did 2 one arm chin ups and 5 pull ups only using my pointer and middle fingers. :P
