    I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. :lol: But I did. Yes, that's right. I was resting the bar in the high bar position on my shoulders but trying to follow the motion of the low bar squat, by sitting back and leaning forward. Balance was less than optimal with this method :lol:

I wasn't really doing either method correctly.

You made good progress from all your starting stats. Except height. You aren't doing your reverse pull ups I see.

Yes, I'm gonna have to put in some height work this year. I'm aiming for 6'1". Thinking of trying gomad with giraffe's milk...

Reverse pull ups bro. Hang from a pull up bar, then a barbell with weight, and try lifting it upside down to your chest and back to the ground.
