P90 (not 'x') is good for couch potatoes who just want to stop sucking at life. After a couple months of p90 my buddy went to the gym with me and immediately stopped doing what he was doing, bought a gym membership and he's doing SL5x5 now. He said "once i realized what a real workout was, i stopped P90 immediately". P90x is the same stuff, just really long and much harder. My buddy would never have done P90X because it is 6 days per week for more than an hour and that just isn't possible in normal people's lives.
I would have to disagree with you on a few things, I actually recently finished a 90 day round of p90x. I had been just doing circuit training type stuff at the gym before hand and did SL for a few months before that. I do know that after I came back to the gym after doing p90x I saw improvements in a lot of my lifts bench, OHP, inverted rows, pull/chin ups, and push ups. I did loose some strength in my squats but its something I think will come back fairly quickly. There is a lot of focus on core strength as well which I have noticed helping me alot, and the plyometrics video is a killer

. Over all there are a lot of good aspects to the program and parts of it I will continue to use after I start back up with SL. To the OP I really enjoy the Yoga X dvd and it has become a favorite of mine, the only downside is its 90 mins long. After I finish the session I feel great and refreshed ready to start the day or ready to relax before going to bed, to anyone who hasn't done yoga before I was amazed how good of a workout it was my first time. I will be using it 1-2 times a week on my off days to add some flexibility and overall fitness. I definitely recommend it!
