When I reached BW squats I was done. It was just a feeling but I knew it was time. I'm glad I made the switch.
Didn't you think stressing the body more with more weight would be more beneficial to the fat loss?

PG's Coffee Shop is a great idea, but I wonder if Mehdi could add a chatroom to Stronglifts. It seems a lot of logs get slightly derailed by idle banter - yours more than most,for some reason.
I understand that your workout is aiming to do 10s at 80% of max. Is that your 80% of 1RM or 5RM? Also how did you decide the weight for the first four sets at the start? Was it just a matter of spreading them out evenly?
Great going on the squats! I think I would probably be close to puking, too.
