I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

there seems to be more definition in my upper body and my jeans were not as tight today as they were the last time I put them on.

Nice!! Some nice feeling there. :P

It is a nice feeling but what I'm fearful of is having the opposite occur once my eating goes back to normal. But that is up to me.

I guess I need to break out the big girl panties and do what I know is right for fat loss whether I like it or not.

Wow PG...that is some workout! You must be a blinding flash of light whipping around the weight room doing all those lifts/reps! Excellent job, especially on low food intake.

Keep it up and before you know it you'll turn sideways and everyone will say, "Hey, where's PG, we can't see her!" :D

Small measurable goals... lose a pound/inch, recognize and understand what it took to lose that pound/inch...

I always broke my week up into two parts... the first 2-3 days after my weekly weigh in i just wanted to maintain the weight loss from the previous week... the last half of the week would be trying to get the next 1-2 lbs... i always thought of it as a beachhead... grab an inch, dig in, fight for it.... fight for another inch.

Good luck... i know you can do it.

 I don't know about that. There are 2 things about me that have never changed regardless of how much or little weight I carry. I have tits and ass. They will not go away . . . . nor do I want them to.

That's the goal. One percentage point at a time. I'm not worried about when I get there so long as progress is being made. That's all I care about.

Good luck... i know you can do it.

Thanks. With everyone behind me how can I go wrong. :D

That's a lot of belief. Seriously.

It's the only way I'm going to reach my goal. I have to think long term.

If I were a betting man, I would put my money on someone with this mindset, rather than someone talking about the big gains/losses/whatever they're going to make in the next month...

It's funny you say that. I used to be that person.

My mindset has changed dramatically since starting this program and interacting with everyone here. I wish more women would reconsider all the stupid things they are told about their bodies and get on board. There'd be a lot more confident women around rather than them whining nothing is good enough because it doesn't look like X.

I've been called a "slime-belching gutter slut" before, so saying that my mind is just in the gutter is a compliment.
