I really debated about starting a log. This journey gets very personal at times. It's hard to announce to the world things you didn't even want to admit to yourself. But that's why I did it. It needed to be right in front of me so I could deal with it head on. And I needed support to get through it. Who would have thought I'd find that here of all places. But I did. These guys have been a great help and encouragement through some tough times for me and they probably don't even realize it. - Pagangoddess

I personally despise most forms of cardio but have found boxing/kickboxing and jumping rope to be fun and can be as challenging as you want to make it.

I think boxing/kickboxing would be fun. My gym has a body combat class I could try. Not quite the same thing but close. I like jump rope but the girls don't. I need a better sports bra.

What type of cardio do you plan on doing?

The whole point of week 2 is to get my heart rate going without having to do too much cardio. I'm going to give it a month but if bf is not going down then I will need to implement more cardio.

I need a better sports bra.

Yea I imagine that could become fairly uncomfortable.

On a lighter note, the program looks solid and is definitely going to burn fat especially if you can keep the eating clean. Thats always been the hard part for me. Also, slightly off topic your logs get long really fast. You have 4 pages and its only been open like 2 days lol.

To me training is more than what I'm physically doing. There's a whole mental and emotional aspect to it. I like to log the whole journey even if it's something outside of the gym. Makes for some good conversation. I like to think that's why it gets long so fast. Or it could be that I'm such a flirt . . . .nah, couldn't be that.

Ha, no that couldn't be the reason. More likely there's a lot more guys than girls and wanted or not, guys are going to want to give girls advice about working out. I'm definitely with you on the emotional log part. Makes it more fun and encouraging to go back. We're lucky this forum has such a large number of helpful people.

Ummm . . . because I don't have a real job. It's boring and this keeps me entertained. Once the job at the accounting firm goes full time it will be more difficult to keep up with.

Most of my work experience has been in bookkeeping. I do a little of everything. Eventually I'd like to get my accounting degree but it won't be anytime soon.

The work itself is not boring it's the fact that business is so slow right now there isn't much to do.

I finally made it around to your new log, PG. I think after a month, you'll stick with this or possibly do a tweak or two. The routine will get worse as you go along. Keep up the good work.
