I personally despise most forms of cardio but have found boxing/kickboxing and jumping rope to be fun and can be as challenging as you want to make it.
I think boxing/kickboxing would be fun. My gym has a body combat class I could try. Not quite the same thing but close. I like jump rope but the girls don't. I need a better sports bra.
What type of cardio do you plan on doing?
The whole point of week 2 is to get my heart rate going without having to do too much cardio. I'm going to give it a month but if bf is not going down then I will need to implement more cardio.
