A few weeks ago I noticed an odd pain from walking. After a quick trip to the doctors it happens that I have Plantar fasciitis, or "Policeman's Heel". I'm led to believe that its something that will ease with time, though Its now taken me out of training for over two weeks.
So, I'd like to get the community's advice. Should I;
- take a few weeks out to let things heal?
- continue with squats/dead-lifts while?
Is there anything else I should take into account, know, or consider to get me through the healing phase?
